Engineering Lab

How every product earns its place in the store

The Xplore Tech Labs Store is an extension of our custom work — the same engineering discipline, applied to products designed for repeat production.

Designed for purpose

Every product starts with a specific problem — not a generic template. Dimensions, tolerances, and load paths are worked out before a single test print.

Tested before release

Prototypes are stressed, fitted, and iterated against real conditions until they pass. Nothing ships as an experiment.

Printed to order in-house

Production runs on calibrated machines in Florence, AL. Each order is inspected before it leaves the lab.
